Polymeric Processes Inc. Acquired by UV-Curable Leader DSM Desotech Inc.

On March 18, 2008, it was announced that Polymeric Processes Inc. was acquired by global UV-curable materials leader DSM Desotech. It has been integrated into Desotech’s dedicated UVaCorr™ business, which formulates corrosion-resistant UV-curable coatings for Tube & Pipe.
