Polymeric Processes Inc. Acquired by UV-Curable Leader DSM Desotech Inc.

On March 18, 2008, it was announced that Polymeric Processes Inc. was acquired by global UV-curable materials leader DSM Desotech. It has been integrated into Desotech’s dedicated UVention™ group, which formulates innovative, custom UV-curable coatings for select industries including Tube & Pipe.
